It's better than I was expecting! I've been crazy busy so I'm only halfway through it, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn Raymond Buckland is Romani! I'm Romanichel and far too often I'll see books that are titled Gypsy (this or that) and they're wrote by gadje (non-gypsies). This book would have been my only exception in wanting a gypsy book wrote by a gadje, BUT HE'S ROMANI! It's got so many "superstitions" I'd heard growing up that I loved seeing in the book plus a lot more I hadn't heard. I recommend this to everyone, I really think gadje's will find it eye opening, too. Another plus for non-gypsies is that in the back of the book it's got a glossary, so if theirs a gypsy word you don't know what it means just flip to the back 😁
Wonderful candles, the minis are a bit pricey but I'm a fan.
